1. Booking Confirmation

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Your booking will only be secured once payment has been received and confirmed by Island Escape Bali Villas.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time: From 2:00 PM
Check-out time: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Villa Occupancy & Use

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight at the villa.
No parties, loud events, or gatherings without prior approval.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
No smoking inside the villa. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Damage, Loss, and Security

Guests are responsible for any damages, breakages, or loss caused during their stay.
A security deposit may be required before or upon arrival (amount based on villa type).
Island Escape Bali Villas reserves the right to claim compensation for damages beyond the security deposit if necessary.

6. Liability

Island Escape Bali Villas is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, theft, loss of personal belongings, or delays during your stay.
Guests must ensure their own personal safety, including proper use of villa facilities such as pools.

7. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions), we offer a rescheduling option within 12 months, based on availability.
No cash refunds will be provided for force majeure situations.

8. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected events, including cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel delays.
Failure to obtain travel insurance is at the guest’s own risk.
